It’s not even lunchtime but I’ve been out in the garden clearing mares tail, cutting down the soaring wild rose and pulling out golden rod and the pink one I dislike now. It was getting too hot in the shade!

I am dripping with sweat and it’s cooling me down while I’ve stopped. I just dislike the feeling. I don’t like drips going in my eyes either.

I’ve only scratched off a small itch though cos I didn’t get near the hedge or anything like it. Think someone had weedkiller out (was that me?) My short-term memory disappeared with the heatwave!

I also have throbbing arm from the Shingrix vaccine I had yesterday. It was not a live vaccine but I think it’s just a reminder that I had it done. Don’t overdo it…

I must just get some more washing done.
