Friday was my last day as a Covid Marshall… I won’t continue being an Environmental Health employee for now. I will be mostly in the garden if the rain allows! And today saw a deluge to be sure, and even not going fast driving home, it aquaplaned when I drove through a couple of puddles! I don’t think I soaked anyone…

I have lots to plant! I bought several things a few weeks ago and they keep being delivered… I am looking forward to the rain stopping so I can go outside. The garden needs tidying!

And I got a speeding ticket! Eek! Need my car now more than ever. I have a feeling the girls will need to cycle to school again so I don’t get panicked and drive too fast to pick them up…

But it’s not raining so I should go get mucky…

But the presence of Tulips and beautiful things has distracted me! Apparently leaving tulips in the ground means that in subsequent years the tulip stems are shorter.
