Car, tooth, flooded toilet!

And it seems to be blocked again? No,No,No! That can’t be true! We had extra children in the house yesterday and there was a lot of activity (I was lying down and could see the children) which seemed to be taking place in the bathroom! Do we have to get the Drain Doctor out again?
