Today was spent mostly in a hospital. Pains in my chest which I thought could be a heart issue have been diagnosed (after 5 hours in A&E)!

It’s treatable by ibuprofen but it is a known condition called Costochondritus and it’s caused by a virus… Having had the nasty but manageable COVID this year, I reckon if any virus caused this it was that one! OMG! Would I have been hospitalised if I’d not had antivirals? Who knows?!?

But there is something about this time of year that makes me wonder whether it is our time of year for poorliness as the smallest has damaged her ankle and is hobbling about with my walking poles…

Looking forward to seeing mum for a week soon. She might need to be helping with a lot of my weeding!
