I may never have glamorous nails but I stopped biting them…

I may never have perfect teeth, but it doesn’t stop me smiling!

I may never have a coppery tan, but I am proud of my Celtic heritage (which brother traced back to a noble family).

I hope and pray that I can see some more exotic and faraway lands but I am happy to sit in my garden.

I may never be a millionaire but so much of what makes us happy is free.

I will keep pottering and fixing and trying to make the house and garden look and feel like MY place where friends are welcome.
