Almost a smooth hedge line but we didn’t get the ladder out. This filled the green bin and left me a sodden heap. Hubby has gone out with pals so it was my youngest and myself waving the hedge cutters at the bits we could reach.

The bits we can’t reach probably need a bit more planning as they are probably too high and if we need ladders, they possibly exceed the allowed height in this area. I haven’t checked but I have a sneaking suspicion.

But I suspect lunch will creep up on us. I might have suggested a lunchtime treat as we have been left to our own devices. I also thought some tip runs might happen today but it is not high on my agenda if I’m honest. Yes my energy might not cover it.

I might have to do that during the week instead but not Tuesday or Wednesday when it’s closed…
