Sitting on the couch writing this post probably isn’t all that healthy either. But do what you can, as often as you can, without guilt or regret.
Eat as healthily and as much of the right things for you as you can. My diet wavers between super salads and custard tarts. I’ve tried diets for my health, their health and our health and the nutrition advice changes for every health condition, and I’m not sure what gives me the best route to ‘healthy’.
Honestly I think mass produced food products don’t give you the right things. Pumping vitamins back into foods that have been processed extremely to give a sense of healthy back to food so it will sell? Nope.
We are told new things every day by the media and I’m suspicious of the minds behind the media. Sorry WordPress, this prompt gets my goat.
