What’s the best way to deal with negative thoughts?

Having undergone a bereavement recently, negative emotions are not always under control and they sometimes show up when I’m trying to be bravely positive.

I went to a yoga class to get some serenity back and was unable to stop myself from sobbing.

My yoga teacher moved her box of tissues closer and she genuinely sent me empathy in the poses that followed.

It’s not going to be easy. There is a great big hole in my life. The person who passed would not want me to wallow but it doesn’t get any easier…

I wish there was a solution but I don’t know how to fix this: they are gone.
