This was the first time I’ve booked to go and see a Christmas light extravaganza. As a gardener, being able to appreciate the beauty of the Shuttleworth park by night all lit up was truly outstanding.

Hopefully my pictures will turn out semi decent as I will be disappointed if not!

It was a really good hour waking all the way round and some of the gardens most iconic trees are dramatically uplift. What a treat!

There was a crisp frostiness everywhere which adds led to the seasonal beauty of the grounds.
