Voting was in full swing this morning. But no fanfare or anything to denote what might happen? Not even anyone to note what people think? Have they banished that as well? (By they, I mean the last government.)

I walked to school with a parent from across the road and his polling station wasn’t even the same as mine? Just as well I walked back to find my card as mine hadn’t changed.

As a garden blog I shouldn’t be politically motivated but as someone registered disabled, I have been getting passionate about the rights to vote. And horrified at posts on FB to show steps making it impossible for wheelchair users to get in to vote. Shame on the organisers but short notice should not matter?

I’ll go home and cut some foliage for our wreath I think! Not too wet for that x
