What snack would you eat right now?
Perhaps writing down my intention to stop eating when I’m bored… hey that’s a Resolution I can use. Stop snacking on unhealthy things! Less sugar! Less diet additives consumed inadvertently! My daily quest to stop tasting artificial sweeteners and flavours! I just had a J2O drink which I haven’t read the ingredients of: Now I have the aftertaste and it’s nasty! I have to say I noticed it at Christmas when we drank the sparkly versions but with it being Christmas I wasn’t dwelling on the nasty stuff when combined with good stuff!
Stop snacking unless it’s nuts fruit and cereals!
