We went to see the Wimpole Christmas Light show and it was MAGICAL! Nearly two hours well spent on a festive walk round the Wimpole estate grounds.

Lights of every kind, colour and voltage! There were fire poles and huge Robin redbreasts! Flashing lights of every hue. And Father Christmas for the kiddies.

Music was blasting the top ten of Christmas at every corner and i kept thinking I’d been left behind when i tried too hard to get my shots!

Food vans of every variety had lots of yummy Christmas fare and I settled for loaded Festive fries, loaded with stuffing and sauces. It was yummy!

After watching the Christmas edition of Friday Night Dinner the kids wanted Crimble Crumble…

Why not, it’s Christmas!

The only downer on a magical night was queuing for the disabled toilet and the mum coming out with two tweens. Not obviously not disabled but the toilet was left with puddles on the rim. Most disabled toilets are found immaculate so that was a shame.
