We have visited the Mill near Barry a few times over the years. It has been improved over the last few years by a team of volunteers and it is worth a visit. There is a short walk around the sluice gates and there was some attractive wild flowers and some aggressive weeds which requires quite a lot of work every year,

We enjoyed our walk which was relatively simple with a few rough bits of roots and rocks on the path.
