What’s your favorite recipe?

Chocolate Brownie recipe I extracted from the Independent.

It was a chocolate special in the weekend supplement and I still have bits of it… I have started a folder with vinyl sleeves for the recipes I receive from friends and family and the said newspaper cuttings that harbour the best recipes I’ve ever made!

It shows the reading patterns and availability of newspapers of my life that the majority now feature pages printed from BBC or miscellaneous cooking pages. Some print better than others as evidenced by the six pages in one sleeve for a red velvet cake I regularly try and fail to make in its full glory.

If you think there is a chocolate theme you’d be right but there’s definitely a cake theme…
