Dogs or cats?

Long haired or really fluffy cats make me sneeze.

I am being pressured by some family to get either another dog or a cat…

It isn’t happening. I can’t go to a shelter and say give a hypo-allergenic cat please! And I’m not spending thousands on a pedigree Bengal (I believe they are the breed to go for).

Too many FB posts locally of bereft owners looking for, berating others for feeding, or just plain search your sheds for my cat!

We don’t know how our rescue dog will treat a cat. We know there is a fox about, as the histrionics he goes into in the dead of night clearly speak of unwanted visitors. But the dead rats and pigeons could be cat kills.

So dogs it will be for now.
