Argh! My current bugbear! Applying online and getting lost in wormholes… Job applications that keep asking you to login but don’t take you anywhere? Why? It seemed like a perfect fit! But I am frustrated after trying several options and not being able to apply.

My time is more or less my own today but I’m expecting a man with a van at some point! There are pros and cons to being able to be the one who is at home I tell you!

I have filled in lots of job applications over the past year: I want to contribute more to the family and I thought having a job might help. It is something to say that I’ve always worked, since I was 13. But the job market now is very different and there are a lot of newly redundant folk chasing every vacancy.

It is not all about me but to be honest, it’s hard. I am trying to fill that optimism deficit and try to be really positive about my future life. But I might just stop and have lunch…
