Seriously lots of rubbish. And weeds… And I’ve lost my secateurs.

Reading some gardening forums this is a thing. Regular gardeners are either secateur obsessives who always know where they last used them but who have wiped and returned to their place or you’re as bad as me and forget why or where you had them and have no clue where they ended up. I’ve checked the green bin which I visited several times this morning and checked amongst the dandelions, sticky willow and brambles.
I lifted all the rubber slabs and tried to cover up the weeds pictured by my boot. I have no idea what these are. I could probably Google pic them. But over by the now empty rotten shed I’ve pulled out lots of ivies and brambles. The green bin has been truly stuffed. Favourite weeds? All the ones I’ve chopped, pulled and snipped at today: spiky things and rambling things and again it’s all the stuff I’ve spent years trying to eradicate. Just goes to show you can’t be half a gardener or half a weeder. The garden needs lots of effort.
