I don’t think that happens a lot but in a local post about vermin, there was lots of positives about Atomic a local service. I called them up and by lunchtime we have dog friendly rat traps all over the garden. I showed him the traps set by the previous pest controller and he was surprised they had left them here. He wasn’t able to unlock them so those shall be skipped as soon as we can hire one.

He did recommend getting rid of the compost bins and I explained we had tried to rat proof the newest one and he said the blighters go through the plastic…

Which skip hire is under my control too! A company has been contacted…

But as predicted today is way cooler than yesterday, not icy but it could still happen. It is the UK after all!

And lots of yellow flowers are appearing! It is the first sign of spring. I just hope anenomes and iris start appearing.

However we got to early evening and our rascally rescue was throwing two rat boxes around. The company will come back tomorrow…
