We are only a week into March and it already feels too hot. Shhh shhh don’t put that down on paper! Well phone keyboard but you know what I mean. I’m making a digital record of spring being sprung! Normally we are shivering at the thought of late snow , but climate change is acceptable when we get weather like today.

And the shed is getting cleared bit by bit. I’ll do a tip run on Wednesday and we are talking about hiring a skip bag but we need to check what can be put in a skip bag.
I’ve got masks but I’m not gonna wear them all the time. The problem with masks as we all know is they get unbearably stuffy.

I’ve filled a couple of trugs with thorny demons (brambles) from the back of the greenhouse and I’m feeling proud to be actually wanting to revive the garden in bits while I do the (whisper) rat clearance.
There is bedding to pull out as well as a futon mattress but that needs planned. Despite being strongish, we will need to do those bits masked up for sure.

The hoover is doing some of the rat poop really well but it’s also doing fits of dying when the trap needs emptied. Perhaps we should call some professional rubbish and pest people.
If I get sick it’s because of the rats…

[…] It feels like June! […] I know! Where has the sultry weather come from? Is it another link to the world being destroyed by human development? I’m no climate change specialist but so many seasonal changes can’t be a coincidence.
