We’ve had all kinds of weather today! There was rain and hail or maybe snow, but it rattled on the kitchen skylights!

I’m not going out: sorry T! I’ve exhausted myself with a full on weekend involving the most amazing visit to Sadlers Wells to see Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake. It is the 30th Anniversary of the show and it was every bit as stunning and effervescent as seeing it 30 years ago. My friend and I now consider it our 30 year Friendiversary! We met at the College of Printing!

The ballet was brilliantly executed by all the dancers and it was a more theatrical ballet than the one my daughter and I went to in Stevenage. We thoroughly enjoyed the day too! I wish we lived nearer. We occasionally meet up for comedy nights in Cambridge or Nottingham but she said it’s our turn to go to where they live.

I will rest today.
