I am not keen on January. No point in making up a joyous take on the usually coldest month and the aftermath of everything sparkly that Christmas and New Year supplies. Dullness shouldn’t be my main issue here but it’s too cold to do much. We’ve started dog training classes so dog has gone out with my youngest and her dad. But the halti muzzle clip seems to have strayed… he doesn’t like it much so maybe T has eaten it?

Training has never been part of my dog life before as they are either not needing it or we’ve muddled through. But there are lots of new commands and techniques for our hyper boy and after training yesterday he was exhausted. He has a super long new lead and I am hoping that he is ready for the relative freedom it brings.
But maybe I should get myself dressed and start tidying the growing piles of post again. We have filled three bags now of old documents for shredding. After all little of what we received in 2012/2014 is valid any more so we are being ruthless for once.
It would be nice to have minimalist ideals and get rid of things that no longer matter. How long will it last?

We had a superb evening in London when I took my husband to see the acrobatic troupe Cirque de Soleil at the Royal Albert Hall. We had prime seats with disabled access and it was superb! It was a lot for me now but we had a lovely Polish supper and had seats both ways on the trains in and out of London. My railcard chopped a lot off the travel card too.
One day I’ll make it back to see the garden outside the NHM which we could only see over the railings because it was closed…
