A new lease of gardening energy!

Amazing how the sun coming out and the rain stopping can fill you with renewed energy! I’ve done some training for forthcoming exams today as well as filled sacks and done a run to the skip.

These two need moving! After more brambles are chopped!

But there are skiploads of spiky things! We have to eradicate them so that the garden looks a bit tidier for a potential doggie. And this year hasn’t seen my gardening tested until now. All those brambles I eradicated last year have come back with a sabre toothed spikiness!

I’ve refilled the green bag with two attempts at the area Max the amazing daschund found a rats nest. I could save petrol if I take it on one of the school drop offs tomorrow.

Next job is the grass cutting. I was advised that certain dogs do require grass to run on and don’t appreciate wild meadows… grass doesn’t compost well either according to the best compost advice, so as the green bin is full, I’ll skip that too.

Don’t mention the ivy which is a quarterly job…
