I’ve booked a Scottish trip with a stop for the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and a trip to Spain for an 80th birthday in September. The first trip is usually made an annual one but we are staggering it a bit to ensure hubby hasn’t taken so long a drive/trip and he isn’t allowed to fly yet so I head to Spain solo as it’s school time…
So I haven’t been as active in the garden as I’d wanted to be this year, and lots of nasties have taken advantage! We have actual brambles we could eat in various places. I haven’t been gardening with as much joy as I thought I was going to apply in March but there have been endless health emergencies that have affected us, our dog and the children’s grandmother, all taking time, energy and money to get us back on track.

The dog had biopsies of three lumps (of nine!) to see whether they are cancerous and the results take a week to ten days…
So forgive me if filling the bin wasn’t a priority but things to take my mind off what was happening to our fur baby! Who bounded out of the surgery having left quite the impact on the veterinary staff! All fingers and toes crossed that she is ok! 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
