So it would have been good to spend some time in the garden but it’s rained pretty much all morning and having accompanied my hubbie on his recuperative walk, stopping for lunch in the cafe in the Spirella, then drooling over secondhand garden books, I have picked up some bits for tea and having lugged them home, realised I should have taken my little trolley… Getting you old now…

There have been times when I forget about my health in trying to do all the chores we shared, and in saying my MS hasn’t progressed, I have been fooling myself. I have to step up if I don’t want to lose my level of fitness. Perhaps I need to explore the open air pool as soon as I can!

I have been walking the dog but not every day, and stubbornly she often refuses to go for a walk through the front door, by which I mean she prefers it if I take her to a walk to say Radwell Meadows in the car… or even the five minute walk to the common is more easily achieved in our car which cayboshes any kind of green footprint we could have!
