The large pvc panel in the greenhouse roof was lying on a load of dark brown leaves. This meant that my pile of gloves etc is damp, damp, damp!

I’m not sure when it happened to be honest but I would have preferred it hadn’t! Things getting damp isn’t good. I wanted to see no disarray amongst my equipment but with the major storms we’ve been having it was optimistic. I also thought the delivery of plants would happen mid March… but to be organised it now means planting tomorrow…

Tidying is the next hurdle:poop patrol anyone? The dog has recovered well from her surgery to remove the lumps on her belly but we are still reeling from the results of the biopsy. Her lump had swollen dramatically in the two weeks before December and they found it be a malignant growth in both her mammaries and a nodule on her thyroid. Not good and expensive… I need to be job hunting again!
Leaf gathering is difficult in most parts of the garden but when dogs gotta go, I’m not chasing her up to ask her to just do it in one spot. Yuck! I have been out and randomly pulled out the weeds where the potting shed is going. That has been covered by a ground sheet so I am hoping the potting shed can be put into four gravel trays to keep it off the ground.
The other parts of the country dealing with floods will laugh at my picture of my flooded pull-along trolley!

I now need a hot chocolate to chase away the chills!
